I've been keeping a golden healer palm stone next to my bed lately. I feel like it helps my body relax when I'm just achy at night, all good it in my left hand as I drift off. I switch it for a scolecite pyramid (I don't hold that one) when my mind won't stop. But I've always got a piece of amethyst with stilbite on my nightstand that not only is a really chill stone but I keep my wedding band a Jade ring and opal bracelet charging and amplifying there in a glass box and I feel like they work very well at harmonizing my space.

Golden Healer is lovely 💛. I notice you lit a candle with a crystal in it. I recently bought a candle with lovely small crystals scattered on the top. I'm not sure whether to remove them before lighting it. Don't crystals get all waxy if the candle wax melts around and under them? How do you clean the wax off? Thanks.
