they probably originally put her s1 cooldown to 6. (reset after double ougi for 2 turn) but after figuring that'll potentially extends eugen's s3 all day long without qilin assistance, they change it to 7 turn (need 3 turn at best for reset). and people thought the devs gonna tamper eugen s3 by making it cannot be copied lmao.

Qilin and you can extend it up to three times (without sacrificing HangedMan/Uriel) which means 7*3 (1 support 2 slot qilin)=28 turns which is probably more than you'll ever need.

Grani has same def rating as Magna 2 bosses so should work just as fine. Remember Golden Knight has 90% ca damage modifier so she's going to cap almost surely.

No but she's the best option for a buffer with Alliah. Cagliostro works pretty well from my testing but I used summons to help make sure the 15 buff requirement got met. That being said I think sparking Mahira is worth it

Cagliostro actually grants the same amount of buffs with earth atk up/keen/crest/crit up/reversed ouroboros but mahira's buffs are probably better on the long run

you need character that can give 5-7 buff a turn to replace Mahira, the main reason mahira there is so you reach 15 buff in one turn so Alliah can double Ougi, so for alternative, you can actually use Yggdrasil (able to give 6 buff in same turn), then for classes, you actually also can help to fulfill the buff requirement using Doctor as it can give 5 buff, additionally doctor can equip Galleon gun that supplement ougi damage. Here the breakdown: Doctor (5 buff) + Yggdrasil (6 buff) + Eugen (2 buff, then ougi give another 2 buff), GK copy eugen SK 3 give her 3 buff , + whatever summon that give 1-2 buff
