½ kg mutton/ chicken
aromatic masala:- 1 tbsp coriander seeds+ 1 tsp fennel seeds + ½ tsp black pepper corn + 1 mace+ 1/8 nutmeg
5-6 green chilli paste
1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ rsp shahi zeera
1 star anise
2 inch cinnamon stick
5-6 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
6-7 cloves
2 tsp salt
⅓ cup curd
2 tsp salt
2 cup soaked basmati rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp kewra water
coriander leaves+ mint leaves
1 tbsp desi ghee( optional )
