Thanks for making the video, but this system is ridiculous. Soldiers and entrepreneurs take far bigger risks for far less money in far more difficult circumstances. This is cronyism plain and simple since your graph shows that this is a relatively recent trend. So did past generations of business leaders simply have bigger balls? And this is ignoring the message sent to all the employees, which is to jump ship when a good offer comes along because the captain sure as hell won't be going down with it. In the military, there is a saying that leaders eat last. Apparently in corporate America, they need to eat first and take home all the leftovers. If this is the inevitable result of capitalism, no wonder young people today are flirting with socialism and communism.
