Mr. Kim Ji-han and Ms. Ryu Hyo-young have excellent on-screen chemistry, one of the best I have ever seen. We really think they have been in love for centuries in “Golden Pouch”. I hope MBC make "Golden Pouch" season II to conclude the story.

Agree. Ending was too open and OTP only given 1 minute compared to more time given to the other characters

@@quantumnurse4665 The earlier episodes of the drama up to 107 was really enjoyable becos of the scenes of the OTPs which I loved to rewatch. Not only that their chemistry lit up the screen and lead actor so dreamy and manly and lead actress so pretty, but becos I love their winsome characters . However, it is forever marred for me from their breakup fr ep 108 . The writer inexplicably gave him a character so unlike the exemplary one in the earlier episodes. His cold and mean treatment of Seol Hwa after the breakup and especially the raining scene turned me off. I could no longer cheer him on with his subsequent discoveries of his family as his relentless pursuit was done in such a way that she suffered badly and he never comforted her the way she did for him at every one of his crisis The ending giving her a heart transplant was terrible. Not only will she have future health problems and a short life span, that heart in her is bad memory for the OTPs

@@wills2408 I know but Dr. Han has to be cold to protect Seol Hwa. Since Yoon Jun Sang/Bae Min Hee would disclose that Seol Hwa's biological mother is the one that switched the boys (real Jun Sang with the neighbor's boy). The disclosure would surely break Seol Hwa's heart. Dr. Han is trying desperately to protect Seol Hwa with his cold hearted attitude to Seol Hwa. I am also heart broken because they are step-siblings too. Unless they go abroad, they cannot be married as step siblings.

@@annawatiliem7423 Actually, the writer (as well as PD) made a mess of the drama as she forgets what she had written earlier. Earlier, Dr Han purportedly broke up with Seol Hwa becos he did not want her to know the secret of who her birth mother is. But at the raining scene where Seol Hwa sought him out as she felt that he was the only one left to console her (she no longer felt welcome in the Geum family as Geum was not her real father), he callously refused to even open the door. Commentators have said it is really incomprehensible as the secret is out and Seol Hwa knows who her birth mother is. Where is the gentlemanly act of just giving her a hug, listening ear and comforting words as he did so well before (I really love the way he used to encourage her), then send her away. Her sibling even commented that he didn't even drive her back! The truth is that he broke up with her becos she is a step-sibling. He is too traditional. He put family before love. He could have left with her and like Kim Ji Han himself said "Go away and come back with 2 kids". After all, there is no blood ties between both of them.
