Dear Praveenji, Thanks for this amazing video. i was waiting for this. Remember one thing the rig Veda is more than 5000 years old but vedic mantras are cascaded verbally to their disciples and remembered without any mistake. Later it was written down 5000 years before by sage Vyasa to prevent loss. Rig veda has several thousand slokas written by many rishis time immemorial. Last slokas may be 5000 years old. Westerners use only binary logic to see everything. Reason for them to say the rig veda is only 5000 old because church want to show the world that kindergarten story of Adam & Eve of the bible is the first humans and everything is after that. According to Christianity, the universe is created only 5000 - 6000 year before. So we should not fall into their trap. Lord Krishna's Bagawat gita is written by Rishi Vyasa 5000 year before. Vedic knowledge is much before. Vedas revealed to Sapta Rishies directly from Lord Shiva.

Praveen, I always learn so much from watching your video's; thank you for taking the time to explain these subjects, you make me feel so proud to be an Indian and my appreciation of Sanatan Dharma, has become elevated and illumined. I tend to do a lot of my own research also, however, your video's have helped me to gain a deeper understanding of Hindu ceremony's, prayers, mantra's, symbols and designs etc.. It's absolutely fascinating, as everything, from our traditional mantra's, to festival celebrations, to food ingredients in cooking, to astrology, to aryuvedic healing herbs, to the architecture and design of temples, including art, all have a very profound meaning behind them stemming from ancient times, when you begin to scratch below the surface - truly amazing stuff!

I really' Love' you Praveen for bringing such in depth research and knowledge to us and sharing it with such clarity -as well as presenting your uniquely learned perspective! Your insights are really appreciated and it is so important that someone is putting it together and sharing it with mainstream populations. I resonate completely with what you say, although have a slightly different take on a few things- that all result in same information though. A few correlations with things you have said- might also draw association with the Kaali- 108 chanting- = 108 Marma Therapy energy point in human body that connect consciousness with matter- as in metaphysical nature with material nature. Chanting would resonate each point to clarify the energy to 'a true form' through sound, shape and meaning - That the spiral geometry is actually the most complex form (mathematical outcome) of progression of all forms and also elements such as indicated in the 5 star connected model of earth, fire , water, air and space. meaning that the ongoing progression of Creation is a continuous one - and time only relevant as to the life and meaning held within each progression. Nature is cyclical in life, death , life etc. The arrangement and combinations of the primary elements become the predessors of intelligent ( product of conscious deliberate) 'design' of the forms created- and as such hold a heritage of the same meaning of conscious progression contained from the 'primal source state'- held within. 12 and 144 is the designated number for 12 = perfect body, 144- being the complete design- and reflects back to our DNA - as a way as a designated alanguage of wholeness - to measure true light values - that then become expressed outwardly. It is about how the metaphysical nature of ourselves interrelates with our physical makeup and connects to Divine Consciousness. Indian culture is explored so much in last 3-4 centurie that most of indians has forgotten their culture and it has very less value. Only formality and belief is remaining nothing else technical special ty is no more. Only few and rarest yogis know that. Which the don't share with unworthy. They only share knowledge with ther disciples who are worthy . With extremely pure hearted. As they know the consequences of miss use. So what he has shared is only few simple tricks. Sanatan dharma is the oldest. It doesn't matter if some body know all the specifications of practice like. We exercise daily and we all get benifited. But we don't know how that works technically and there are some biological and chemical effects inside the body. But we don't care and we simply do. And enjoy and get all the benefits. That's how. Every religion is best in some way so if we follow that we all get benifit ed. And if we focus on specialty we will definitely know more things... ( fibonnacci set mathematically, golden mean fundamental to all life) Light, vibration and frequencies are the primal medium of the manifestation of spirit into nature 3D - forms. The spiral is a composite of all geometries in continous progression and in a primal relationship to growth patterns seen in nature. Hue is a further dissemination of light that express qualities of existence of those frequencies manifested through the Original Source Light. So, perhaps speaking 'english' has little to do with it?Just do some more study ... to learn for yourself.

Mahamrityunjaya Mantra Om hyau joom saha Om bhur bhuva swaha Om trayambakam yajamahe Sugandhim pushti vardhanam Urvaurukamiva bandhanat Mrityurmukshiya mamtritaat Swaha bhuva bhur Om saha joom hyau Om The Mahamrityunjaya mantra is representative of the fervent prayers made to Lord Shiva, who is death of the death personified. He is the presiding deity of the mode of ignorance in the material creation and takes care of the dull headed people, who are averse to worshipping the personal aspect of supreme personality of godhead. This prayer to Lord Shiva is a representation of surrender unto him to protect the devotee from untimely death due to misfortune. Origin of Mahamrityunjaya Mantra There are three interesting stories associated with the origin of Mahamrityunjaya mantra. One story is associated with Rishi Markandeya, the son of sage Mrikandu. An astrologer told his father about the premature death of his child and he advised his child to worship Lord Shiva and this mantra was then revealed unto him. The second story is associated with Shukracharya, the spiritual master of the demons. Lord Shiva revealed this mantra to him as Sanjeevani Vidya or the art of resurrection. The third story relates to the portion of Rigveda in which it is found. That portion is said to have been composed by Maharishi Vashishtha. The presentation of detailed meaning of Mahamrityunjaya mantra is as follows: Om: It is the primordial sound which represents the higher forces. It is the sound representative of Lord Krishna. This Omkara is known as maha-vakya, or the supreme sound. Trayambakam: It represents the possessor of three eyes. Yajamahe: It means we all together worship him. Sugandhim: It means as pleasurable as incense. Pushtivardhanam: It means the one which increases our vitality for a healthy spiritual life. Uruvaurukamiva: It means like a cucumber. Bandhanaat: It means getting freed from. Mrityormukshiya: It means freedom from death. Ma amritaat: It means not from immortality. The meaning of the mantra is as follows: “I surrender myself to Lord Shiva, who has three eyes, who is as pleasurable as a sweet smelling incense and who gives vitality to the devotee to perform devotional service. Just like a cucumber is freed from its stem naturally, be merciful upon me and release me from the shackles of death, not from immortality.” Benefits of chanting Mahamrityunjaya Mantra Chanting mantras is always beneficial for the person who is following the rules and regulations associated with them. Chanting Mahamrityunjaya mantra has the following benefits: * Releases anxiety and tension from life. * Frees the devotee from premature death. * Helps in prevention of accidents and mishaps. * Helps in Kaal Sarpa Dosha and some other malefic planetary combinations in the horoscope. * Awards spiritual merit to the devotee. * Helps in increasing the concentration levels of the mind. * Helps in nullifying the bad planetary effects. * Protects the person from ailments and diseases. Process of chanting the mantra The following rules are advised as per the scriptures. * One can chant it any number of times, the more one chants, the more benefits he gets. * One must take a bath before chanting. * One must sit on Asana of Kusha and recite the mantra silently. * The best benefits can be derived when chanting is done in Brahma muhurtam or 1.5 hours before sunrise. * One can chant it on rudraksha beads for more benefits.

🇬🇧 Id never thought about it before Re, plant design & leaf arrangements I studied Herbalism for 4 years & im still learning 25 yrs later I often marvelled at the arrangement of leaves on plants On the stem & the 100s of permutations of set patterns & its how identification of a plant or herb is known. Many plants/herbs look alike but You need a definate identification to KNOW what plant you have This is very important because one plant may be toxic & the other beneficial & when you find the description of each plant in your Herbal Book, often its the arrangement of leaves on the stem & what shape they take Its why Herbalism takes so very long to learn. Millions of plants each with specific design & each with certain properties for healing etc & you need to know exactly which one is which! Its a lifetimes work to learn. Even the veins on each plant leaf are identifiers! The flowers, flower groupings, buds, petals, seed pods, stems roots are all are indentifiers of each individual species...! I disagree with the concepts that our history is compressed within 5000 year, as induced by British rulers. Pingala script might have been copied during last 5000 years but certainly it is originally written much much earlier. Wrigweda is atleast some billion years old. Please be proud of the heritage of ours and pronounce it without fear or hesitation. Fundamental right are also available to Hindu in India.
