That wind again or lack of looks like a big factor on the day and landing on a pool of fish always helps this time of the year. Better luck with the next one. I'm going to try and get to larford this spring/summer it's a 3.5 hour drive for me but it always looks well worth the drive. Thanks again Jamie see you soon

@@CatchFishingChannel i will do it's been a dream of mine to fish some of the national open matches I'm going to try and get out there this year. Just about set tackle wise love natural venues i need to start getting information on events and sort a calendar I'm going to subscribe to your patron channel i think you have said you put some dates for venues on there but any information about events or places where i can look to book into would be very much appreciated. I could do with good partner on our two day pair's down here in Norfolk on the bure and thurne in the summer. Steve Saunders and Simon wismore wone it last year so good company and great fishing to be had and they are lovely tip rivers. Anyways see you on the next vid. Laters

Hi Jamie went back through your past vids and found all the information i needed on calendars and finding when and where events are on. Going to ring bough beach Monday would also like to have a bash at southfealds both of these venues you have put some excellent vids on that should give anyone enough info to go and have a go with a degree of knowledge of the venue. i would like to make it to one of the feeder national feeder competitions. Have been talking with our club NDAA about how to advertise the club with good information about our rivers and just how good they are. I was thinking Facebook but i really don't like the platform so im going go pro and KZbin and your vid on this is most helpful .note to self pay more attention LOL laters mate

How odd I had 2 skimmers and 5 carp when I qualified off 78, the lad on 80 caught early and when wind eased a little I caught so I think the wind has an effect on the fish and I had the same grin as Martin driving up the lane. Keep them coming Jamie.

Hi Jamie. I noticed that you were using a Xs slim 3.3m. Is that strong enough in the winter for carp as well as skimmers? I’ve just bought one and can’t wait to use it. What weight feeders can I chuck with this rod and what distance can you cast too. Brilliant videos as usual mate.

Great video Jamie. I watched this video without breathing. It was so intense, even I knew result :) I wonder why didn't you started with 5 or 10 minutes casts with staying on same line, but casting left and right, trying to find the fish? I probably don't have all information from the water, so my idea might be wrong. Nevertheless, you are one great angler and I wish you very tight lines this year :) cheers mate.
