The graphics are very good. For some reason, they never improved the lighting. This 2K is pretty much the same as the last year.

The new menu design and scoreboard design might be the biggest changes this year. Everything else is pretty much the same as 2K24.

It's pretty much the same game as 2K24. The new gameplay features are only on new gen as far as I know.
