If it wasn’t for the rookie he’d be starting at the 4. The reason the Kings have such a high power offense is because multiple players on the bench can go off any given game.

Donte is not the most skilled but has the best sense of timing making plays in crucial moments. When he's off, the team rhythm is off. He's the reason why the Warriors are usually terrible on the road and great at home. Don't take my words for it, just look up his stats for yourself.

I’m almost certain this game came as a surprise to all of us. An inexperienced playoff team like the Kings; who’ve been so good on the road this season, had their back’s against the wall and played their best game of the season; in arguably one of the hardest environments to win at for a road team. I guess one can make the logical conclusion that the Warriors didn’t play with a sense of urgency or killer mentality. This Game 7 will be an all time classic in what has been a phenomenal series. But in the end, I think in my honest opinion, this series is really beneficial for the Lakers; they get to stay in the same state/time zone, they get a couple extra days of rest and travel won’t be as much of a problem.

@iSlapt He had no choice... their offense was non-existent. He almost single-handedly kept them in the game until midway through the 4th quarter. Klay was alright... but Wiggins has been awful on offense, Donte has been struggling, GP2 wasn't on the floor enough, and Poole was on the floor WAY too much!

The key was the king's small ball lineup playing lyles over alex len. It created incredible spacing and removed any help from draymond green for any of fox's or monks drive. If they help it's an open heurter or lyles triple. This is more systemic than you guys think. If they can't figure out how to deal with their small ball, the series is over. Regardless of how well our individual bench players play.

Talent+determination!! Kings weren’t 3rd in the West by luck. Fox wasn’t voted the Clutchest player in the league THIS season by luck. It’s not like all that would miraculously disappear in the PO. That’s where the determination or even belief comes in.. This game was just pure determination and belief. They refused to end their season like that. Warriors thought okay surely enough we beat them on their court so mentally they are a little messed up and this is Chase Center so we got this.
