Compare Draymond's rebound at 9:22 (no over the back call) to Victor's at 9:37 (game-changing over the back call). That was NOT a foul. Victor is long enough. Dray was boxing him out hard, had good position, true, but then when the ball comes off the rim, VICTOR TIPS IT WITHOUT TOUCHING DRAY. His body isn't touching Dray.
