Now I really want this summon either "RIP and Tear" from Doom 2016 over it

Don't you just love moves, that blow up the entire damn planet, just to damage your opponent?

Anyone who's played this game knows the Pheonix enemy class gives a ton of exp, but is likely to flee the battle. You gotta hit em hard and fast.

I know this summon is Judgement gone Super Saiyan, but I actually prefer Judgement. Catastrophe's armor is so overblown he can barely move while Judgement has that dynamic entrance and posing.

I always wondered where this summon originally came from. I only knew it from Epic Battle Fantasy

There is a brain theory as to why things appear faster in reality than in our memories.

Use it on the final boss or optional real final boss, it will do a lot more.

I know this is an old comment, but in GS, summons do percentage damage that scales with an enemies's max HP, and then a flat damage on top of that. Random encounter monsters have relatively low hit points, so the damage is correspondingly less than if the summon was used on a boss with lots and lots of HP
