For the slipway and rocks generally take a worn out pair of watershoes and stick soles cut out of Scotch-brite or similar with impact adhesive. Works a treat on slimey slipways.

Best time of the day to be out. Shark you got is very much like a school shark in aus.

Really enjoy your videos. I'm just getting started and would appreciate your thoughts on a suitable marine radio.

To be honest any waterproof ICom radio is pretty good I’ve had the ICom M23 for over ten years and it’s still going strong.

Hey Terry if you look on the navionics website there is a drop off from 30 ft to 70ft that runs parallel to the beach a couple hundred meters out. Anywhere along there is usually where I fish. The tides can rush there so a good anchor and chain is needed if you fishing off a kayak. Best baits for me are black lug or whole squid. Also I find this time of year there is a lot of strap congers along there.
