I don't have much experience with oil pastels I have a cheap brand I bought to check if I would like using it, but I just found out that using a better brand and and paper make a huge diference on the result. The one I'm using is so bad I can't mix the colors very well which means that it's not possible to get a good and beautiful effect, no matter if I press it hard or not, tried both and equally it didn't work. Your artwork is very beautiful and inspiring! Thanks a lot for posting!

I have oil pastels like yours. I can't draw with that. Hahaha. If you buy Soft oil pastel you'll meet new world. I recommend caran d'ache neopastel, but it's expensive. Mungyo gallery soft oil pastel is very good. Experience !♡
