I think the crabs are so pity amongst the lot. That was a live cooking.

don't worry, those crabs were sleepy they must have been kept in fridge or ice. They were very slow and no awake at all. They died in sleep, don't worry. Even western chef use this method. cold temperature make the crab sleep. then into hot water or steam bath
