After uploading the video, I realized the rule have been changed for eligibility for salaried individual for Golden Visa. The new rule says that basic salary should be 30K AED instead of gross which increases the benchmark hugely.

Also there is mandatory requirement now of equivalency certificate against your degree from Ministry of Education. This may take a few weeks to complete the equivalency application process.

Hello 👋🏻,can you explain me this.. submission of a letter from Federal Tax Authority stating that the investor pays the government no less than AED 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) annually. Does one have to pay 250k dirhams every year/annually till your golden visa expires despite giving 2m upfront for golden visa? And what happens to the property you have invested in with 2m after your golden visa expires? You again have to buy another 2m worth of property?

Other advantage of having a Golden Visa is how easy it is to get a driving license in UAE. Golden Visa holders have directly attempt the final RTA test once the theory test is done. Even if you fail the final RTA road test, You can reattempt the test after taking a 4 hr (mandatory) driving class. This mean, You can skip the parking, yard tests.

One more thing. Property investment GV takes into consideration the "property value" as it would have increased by the time you get a valuation from DLD. So its not your investment value.

BTW for 30k salary, they require 30k basic salary, usually the salary is broken down in allowances and that's not accepted you have to have basic 30k.

1 - No restrictions. 2 - Insurance is a tricky subject. Will try to cover in future. But 60+ would have expensive insurance for sure with many exclusions.

Amer center is not offering services for Golden Visa property investors, Property value should not be less than 2 Million even if it is a off plan property and and you have paid a very minimum amount as a down payment then you are still eligible for Golden Visa

Yes, for social media influencer, if you are able to get the GV approval, you only have to pay for the fee associated with GV and not the 2M AED requirement.
