That's supposedly for Baron Samedi. Remember that when you kill him, he warps to another area until he's killed five times. I think he's supposed to be walking while turning invisible then spawn somewhere else, just to convey the idea that he's immortal as assumed in the ending of the Egyptian mission.

That last animation is actually the one Bond does when you start the game and you get the gun-barrel intro. The game just fades to black before he turns and shoots. Also I've never seen that up-against-the-wall death except for in Perfect Dark. Weird seeing it in Goldeneye for me anyway.

I remember spending ages as a kid standing in front of walls and dying in this game trying to make the wall slump animation play. I guess it makes sense knowing now that it wasn't included in Bond's animation set. I find it fascinating that it's so rare that a lot of players have never seen it, I think it's the only death in the game where location context is important, and not just where on the body they're shot or blown up.

I think the reason why you don't see them in normal gameplay is because it relies on shooting specific points (side of the neck, front of the neck, in the groin or by a wall) and the AI aren't programmed to specifically target those small targets but never say never and it clearly could happen by a stray bullet or so.
