Comparing the compressed and uncompressed tracks is super different , Grant had to convert most of the instruments out of N64's Midi fonts then compress it into the tiny memory space. but when you listen to the uncompressed, which basically is the original soundtracks he made before converting into midi, it's hard to tell the difference

Rare owns the game, and Rare is owned by Microsoft and the game was made for the N64 so Nintendo owns part of it. and now I think Activision or some other company is using the Bond License. So it's a big mess of who owns what and how much. So many lawyers to make such an easy decision,

@enemY1990 same here.. i still play through my snes and n64, just bcause the games have such great gameplay that you dont need multiplayer to enjoy it.. i do enjoy the occasional friends coming over to play, but when its live with weird ppl who think too highly of themselves, its annoying.. its one of the reasons why i was angry to have goldeneye original being canned on xbla and having a new goldeneye on wii. i really did enjoy it as it is and was hoping to enjoy it again on xbla

the thing that really bugs me is gameplay.. i cant pick up a game that they make today and play it hundreds of time over and over and enjoy it like the way i did with goldeneye.. and multiplayer was just as great.. no head shots like crazy.. no 12 year old or 30 year old newbs who camp in corners and snipe their way to victory and when complain bout the way they play, cause 98% of ppl snipe, they have such a little girl attitude and whine as their the best

I was once at this outdoor bar in DC right outside Nat's park. It was called Bardo. I was with a good group of people and the music was good. Definitely a more alternative, weird vibe but still good. About an hour in they start blasting this. Me and my best friend immediately looked at each other and we couldn't believe it. Frigate rocked the house that day.

It's going down a fifth, it's not necessarily a reference to any one song. The fact that people can't agree on what it's a reference to proves my point: like most intervals, it sounds distinctive but is used a ton.
