@@Loch1210I think he trying to say that in Atlanta there’s a wider array of aesthetics and styles of dress amongst the black people in Atlanta than he’s use to meaning you might say see a guy dressed in the professional attire , a guy dressed like a rapper, a person dressed in an avant garde high fashion outfit , and a person dressed in traditionally goth attire and a dude who looks likes he’s in punk band all In Atlanta. He just said it in a silly way and it presupposes a monolithic nature to how black people dress and present themselves.

I’m black and live in Atlanta. I didn’t find this racist. Here’s three white guys talking, who live in a country where no matter the city they don’t have to see much of, nor be concerned about what black people are doing. It’s just not an option for whites in Atlanta. Black people are EVERYWHERE. All levels of society. No matter how high up the corporate or government food chain you go. In Atlanta, it’s likely a black person could be your boss. You’re more likely to have black neighbors and your children attend the same schools. He’s making a observation through the lens of a white man who doesn’t live here.
