Please don't give him one for all, let him be the first Quirk less hero, it's his goal. And his dream is to be a hero like Allmight, but when he didn't receive a quirk, he went down a new path, to reach that height with no quirk, through hard work alone, not being gifted a quirk like everyone else. To honor himself and guy sensei that anything is possible with hard work alone, he should politely refuse the quirk, stating that maybe four-year-old him would accept, but he has reached a new stage and will continue to go one to become the number 1 hero, quirkless.

I haven't commented before but I think giving him one for all would be good and make things interesting for him and everyone else because it does mean he might possibly never need to use the eighth gate of death and besides it would mean he could train harder though those are just my thoughts on it
