It's almost like... adults feel that way, no matter what, even THOUGH most 30 year olds (who were born in the 90s) feel like they're the ONLY ones to ever feel anxious and depressed about being their 30s.

I am in my 60s, and I absolutely love this track. For one thing, it's so exciting, and just about perfect in every way. But mostly, I love it because I know that if I first heard "Superman" at 13, I would have felt as if it were speaking directly to me. When we get old, we should never forget what it's like surviving adolescence. It's probably the hardest thing a person can ever do.

I’m 30 now, didn’t workout when I was younger but now do it daily, still trying to figure out what the hell im doing in life. Gave up a really good job that I made bank at because of how unhappy it made me with everything else in life. Miss the days in the early 2000s, hanging out with my buds, playing THPS without a care in the world

My parents bought me the neighbors PS2 slim with a milk crate full of games; all tons of good titles. It came with the guitar hero trilogy and a side of rocks the 80s. Along with several controllers including the wireless guitar and the PS2 gh1 version in black and white. Back on topic. That day my dad gifted me Thps2 from his personal collection, and that game is so fucking good that he also later got me and my older brother Thu2. Great times and I'm currently playing skate 3 again this time with the actual intent of 100% or as close as I can get to completion.

@@rubenguerra8641 Wow that is great, I'm very happy for you. English is a big language, and I might just be a kid, but hearing songs like this from the livestreamers makes me imagine what people experienced in the past. So I never played Tony Hawk, but I've done ice skateboarding in Sonic Riders Zero Gravity, and when I play as Sonic on the snow world I play Superman on my phone and its fun for a change. And for you good luck having a major game with skating and jumps and speed trials I hope it was all fun in the end.

Imagine this: It's a Friday in the early 2000s in your hometown. You've just gotten home from school. You're playing THPS on your PlayStation. All the cheat codes are turned on. This song comes on. Your mom gets home with a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza with a side of mozzarella sticks. There's a big-ass bottle of your favorite soda in the fridge. Life is good. I remember coming home from school on Friday and waiting until 8 pm, when my two cousins arrived to sleep at my house. My mother prepared sandwiches, popcorn and coca-cola. Then, we would spend the night and the dawn playing THPS, Resident Evil Nemesis, medal of honor underground, Worms Armageddon ... On Saturday we would do it all again. Life was good. Greetings from Brazil.

Lyrics: [Intro] So here I am Doing everything I can Holding on to what I am Pretending I'm a superman [Verse 1] I'm trying to keep The ground on my feet It seems the world is falling down around me The nights are all long I'm singing this song To try and make the answers more than maybe [Pre-Chorus] And I'm so confused about what to do Sometimes I wanna throw it all away [Chorus] So here I am Growing older all the time Looking older all the time Feeling younger in my mind And here I am Doing everything I can Holding on to what I am Pretending I'm a superman [Verse 2] I'm trying to sleep I lost count of sheep My mind is racing faster every minute What could I do more Yeah, I'm really not sure I know I'm running circles but I can't quit [Pre-Chorus] And I'm so confused about what to do Sometimes I wanna throw it all away [Bridge] Controlling everything in sight Feeling weak I don't feel right You're telling me I have to change Telling me to act my age But if all that I can do Is just sit and watch time go Then I'll have to say good-bye Life's too short to watch it fly So watch it fly [Chorus] So here I am Growing older all the time Looking older all the time Feeling younger in my mind And here I am Doing everything I can Holding on to what I am Pretending I'm a superman (Lyrics provided by Genius Lyrics)
