Imagine this: It's a Friday in the early 2000s in your hometown. You've just gotten home from school. You're playing THPS on your PlayStation. All the cheat codes are turned on. This song comes on. Your mom gets home with a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza with a side of mozzarella sticks. There's a big-ass bottle of your favorite soda in the fridge. Life is good. (Copypasted from the other video cause so many people seemed to like it

I remember coming home from school on Friday and waiting until 8 pm, when my two cousins arrived to sleep at my house. My mother prepared sandwiches, popcorn and coca-cola. Then, we would spend the night and the dawn playing THPS, Resident Evil Nemesis, medal of honor underground, Worms Armageddon ... On Saturday we would do it all again. Life was good. Greetings from Brazil.

Lyrics: [Intro] So here I am Doing everything I can Holding on to what I am Pretending I'm a superman [Verse 1] I'm trying to keep The ground on my feet It seems the world is falling down around me The nights are all long I'm singing this song To try and make the answers more than maybe [Pre-Chorus] And I'm so confused about what to do Sometimes I wanna throw it all away [Chorus] So here I am Growing older all the time Looking older all the time Feeling younger in my mind And here I am Doing everything I can Holding on to what I am Pretending I'm a superman [Verse 2] I'm trying to sleep I lost count of sheep My mind is racing faster every minute What could I do more Yeah, I'm really not sure I know I'm running circles but I can't quit [Pre-Chorus] And I'm so confused about what to do Sometimes I wanna throw it all away [Bridge] Controlling everything in sight Feeling weak I don't feel right You're telling me I have to change Telling me to act my age But if all that I can do Is just sit and watch time go Then I'll have to say good-bye Life's too short to watch it fly So watch it fly [Chorus] So here I am Growing older all the time Looking older all the time Feeling younger in my mind And here I am Doing everything I can Holding on to what I am Pretending I'm a superman (Lyrics provided by Genius Lyrics)

I had this song on repeat because of Tony Hawk's Pro-Skater. This and one other were the only songs that were on the Pizza Hut PSX demo disc, so we played it for 2 or 3 days straight without a break. Heard this nonstop, lol. Man, good memories.
