Awesome video. Love all the information and seeing the progress of your ranchu. Seems like you take great care of your goldfish. Do you think the growth conditions affect the quality of your fish? I know that they ensure faster growth and greater survival rates, but does it produce higher quality goldfish?

Hmm I’m not really sure , some people say it does and some people say it doesn’t but for me I like their quality but the only thing that I noticed is their color are not that great if they grow too fast

I can conclude one thing to keep gold fish healthy is to put nothing but water to the tank. My gold fish sick occasionally due to algae and bacteria beneath the substrate. You feed them with chicken egg really boosted them growth in four months. Three to four inches my goodness. Imagine only pellets would take years to grow up to that size.

Nice vid. My goldfish is around 1.5inch and LFS says they're 3-4months old. I don't really know the real age of my goldfish. Also, I'm planning to give them steamed eggs tomorrow!
