Well done Goldie. This was a complete triumph in all respects. You started off in Heathtown and now look at you! Please do more classical composition and carry on inspiring people. Saw your social worker recruitment ad too. Just what was needed and so high profile - M.

@ApexBozo I DID have a classical musical education, and this just floors me. I've actually never heard of him until today (just not part of that musical scene), and I am incredibly impressed by this complex and evocative piece of music. Wow, wow, wow.

I don't know how much of the arrangement of this was down to Goldie, all I know is that a lot of snooty classical music aficionados claimed he _couldn't_ have had much to do with it himself. But that seems like insecurity on their part, that a dance musician could produce something so brilliant despite his inexperience in the genre. Besides, the crucial part of it, the actual music, is recognisably Goldie. He always had a way with melody that made him stand out.

Sorry but i just had to dload the video...he suceeded to explain the f..ing world what "Mother" meant to be!!! whoever thought that for being a DJ a person can never make beautiful classical music???...and it could well have been brewed in Metalheadz!!! Never mind the haters Goldie, we still love you :-)

interesting! I suggest just to listen and not to watch the clip though, it may distract you from the music.
