Is the Dilo and 2 for 1 rule in your course?

For the "2 for 1 rule" there is a short video on our channel about this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXTIdGqHfriWgNU This rule is also present in several places in the Marris Consulting CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) online course. For example it is mentioned and included in about half of the case studies since we use this WIP reduction technique very often.

Concerning the DILO (Day In the Life Of) it is not included in the CCPM course. But it is a good idea. So we will add it to the course material and also plan to do a short free public video on our KZbin channel explaining how we do this.
