When young children learn minority art creation, they are boring and unhappy at the beginning and don't like it A friend of mine sponsored a Uyghur teenager to study with a carver master in Beijing, but he gave up after a year of study, he felt very boring Later, he got a job in a Uyghur restaurant, and he hoped to make money immediately, It is a pity

Indeed creating an art is very close to meditation. One such spiritual method is followed by Buddhist monks in Ladakh. They call it "Mandala" art. Where they create really beautiful geometrical patterns with so much dedication on the floor and then they remove everything after the completion of artwork. That's their way to do meditation while making it and also learning art of letting go while removing it.
