Having a lot of fun with Conquest so far. Understand it pretty well already considering I managed to land 2nd place on Leaderboard! So to clear up your confusion with the colors of the IV (influence value points) bar; the list of Golems when selecting team starts with highest IV stats at the top to lower IV stats as you move down the list, color changes as you go down the list to reflect the overall stat bar sliding lower. You really only wanna reach below green IV stats if the golem abilities synchronize well with the rest of your team to make up for loss of stat points. This IV stat model is pulled from competitive Pokemon games (very familiar with). Positioning does matter and generally the best option is to bundle your team to a single corner with tanks in front row (if you use tanks) then supp/attack huddled behind them so they cant run out too far past the tanks and aggro/get targeted first by enemy team. Also getting to know abilities is important, you can hover over the lit up abilities on the golems to read what they do - finding good ability combos is important as well!
