Thanks for the feedback! It is really difficult to pickup the mics with wind and golf cart noise. There's alot of volume changes in editing and it takes hours more work. Sometimes we get the music too loud too. Golf cart rides are the most difficult ones to do. Thanks for input... no offense taken. Keep watching as we improve! It's only our 52nd video. 😎🤗🎉🐊

Enjoy your videos. Are you both glad you rented before you decided to buy in TV or do you wish you had just gone ahead an purchased when you first arrived? I'm asking b/c I'm selling my home and coming to TV in about 4 months and cannot decide whether to rent first or not. Thanks.

We missed out on 3% interest rates back in 2022, so we regret that. But, we were already renters in Ohio so we didn't have to sell a home. After 6 months of living here we both knew we wanted to stay. We were really glad we rented to be here in TV to "follow" the real estate market and wait for the right area to go up for sale. We also wish we had downsized more before moving to TV! Let us know what you decide. Good Luck! Thanks for watching!

We bought a used golf cart. Yes! It feels different being home owners especially in a newly built area. As renters we felt a little out of place but it was well worth the wait to take our time finding the home that fit for us. We learned alot about TV as renters!

We live in The Village of Richmond which is just south of Brownwood Townsquare. It took about 30 minutes to get to Lake Sumter townsquare. 🙂
