Whoa, that breeze is brutal. I know what you're saying--but surely cannot hear it. Angular motion doesn't change, but velocity does because the lever is longer/shorter. Is my guess.

You are absolutely correct.… I don’t know what I’m gonna do about that golf course but it’s always windy there
