Christina I’ve watched all the other golf professionals on KZbin, and I think the way you explain golf swing is the best. In most of your tips, you keep mentioning that the club face angle which is so important. Bottom line, you do a great job explaining the most important elements of the golf swing. Thanks!!

Terrific. I've had the wrong release type for my rotation pattern. No wonder I haven't been able to control anything, even if/when I made good contact. I know and practice both release patterns but was also trying to COMBINE them. Wow, talk about a recipe for disaster!

Cracking vid, tks. Especially the part about less lower body movement so therefore more swinging outward. Never heard this explained before by any coaches. Best wishes

Thank you for explaining that those with limited rotation will need to go waist high and swing out using forearms, this is gold for a rookie like me!

I love your enthusiasm Christina. I'm trying to get more rotation through impact in my swing but some gurus warn against this saying get your lead hip back and out of the way. My question: is it best to focus on rotation (to give the arms more room) or is it best to focus on arms in front (moving the hips out of the way)? Chicken and egg?

Good lesson ! I just recently found your channel. It looks like in both the limited and non limited rotation, you keep the trail arm very close to the torso. I don't think I am doing that. Could this explain in part why I sent so many shots either left or right ?

Christina: 1) Notice at top of your backswing your hands/arm seem to reset/fall back. Please explain. 2) I've had 2 major back surgeries and can't rotate like I used to and have gone to a Rahm style 3/4 swing that occasionally leads to pulled shots with driver. Any advise? Thank you. John

Hey Christina, it looked like you were a couple of club head lengths back from the ball. Is that right, or just the angle of the video. Because a friend I played with last week told me to that. Correct or false?

If I feel that I am pushing the club, that seems to mean that I would be using a lot of right hand, which I had heard from other instructors that is wrong.. They recommend pulling the club through
@MorePars

Hey Scott! The release pattern is very much determined by the player's grip, pivot and rotation. The more body rotation, the less the forearms/wrists roll, which would give you the PUSH feel. I do not recommend PULLING the handle down as that can create a steep downswing.

You said in a earlier lesson that you should push your left shoulder down at the beginning of your swing. Now you are saying to rotate your shoulder. I don't see how you can do both at the same time.

Hi James! There is not just one way to create SWING FEELS. I provide various cues in tips to help players feel the right things. This particular tip (cue) addresses players that push their trail should aggressively toward the target too soon. In the end, it really depends on your swing style. Check out that video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/imKqi6Ode5l3rac Thanks for watching!
