GOLF TIPS: HOW TO PAUSE THE TOP OF THE BACKSWING FOR BEST CONTROL!!!

This video demonstrates how to learn to perfectly find the right amount of pause time for your golf swing. Learning to pause your swing is so beneficial. This will enhance your feel, your movements, teaching yourself control and coordination. The sequence of movements in your technique that are so important to a golf swing will be trained for repeatability. Using a metronome you will see a step by step process on how to go about pausing your golf swing with control and an exact time to strike the ball. In a structured manner you will see a simple way of learning to find the right amount of pause time that's just right for you!!!

Great video! You really have to work on patience. You are right on. For me the pause is the club right when the club starts to slow down and come to a stop. It's such an amazing feeling when you find your individual pause. It just feels right.👍

I've struggled for many years with not getting my swing to the top, because of my habit of wanting to kill the ball. I've purposely haven't swung a club since last November. Now with this tip, I'm ready to get back to work. The way you broke it down in sections and then the awesome fade/drive drill, I'm excited to try it on the range. I'll keep you posted. Why do you say 160 is actually 80? I couldn’t understand that point 🤔

Hi Moustafa, most people when listening to music count 1234 looping...standard stuff...so as I increase the tempo for descriptive use because the 160 counting is twice as fast for 3 to ratio timing...i'm just trying to use the term this way instead of staying 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and...
