Ayyy the golf fit is cold Randy. As a bigger dude, I hate buying clothes too, but it’s better to buy clothes that feel good and fit good rather than buying clothes that don’t fit cause the size feels better to say. You’ll shed the weight in time, and then it’ll feel a lot better when you fit in that L or XL. Loving seeing the vlogs with you and the boys. Keep it up!

@@joshgrey324 thanks for that I do go for long walks daily it has helped I'm just stuck in a financially driven depression , finding it hard to provide for the family and it's making me suicidal but I keep fighting it mate I got my kids to think about and it stops me doing anything stupid , it's the self hate over something I can't control sadly

Today for me was tricky with a few challenges, but I’ve ended it feeling pretty good. Not sure if you’ve come across the “old me new me” stuff in therapy, but today I could have easily fallen into my old me self-destructive behaviour but I stayed new me, stood up for myself and kept positive.

You should do the same routine as syndicate randy. Fridays vlog will be released on Monday with any weekend clips including. So a basically a long vlog. And then mondays vlog on Tuesday, tuesdays vlog on Wednesday and so onn

Great Decision. As I said when you started. Love the vlogs, but daily vlogs is a slippery slope. I would say do every couple of days, no weekends is better than nothing. Edit: 8:30 That's how the mindset needs to stay if you want to do healthy daily vlogs. Answer to what am I working on. Self discipline, in terms of just getting things done and not making excuses and I'm not making much progress tbh.

Yesius Randy, you turning into one of those emo rappers like chill out my guy. One sec you are good and then the next you are talking about you’ll take weekends off for your mental health. You say you feel the energy like during the Texas trip then you say you are at your lowest… you are all over the place but I appreciate the rawness. However I will say one thing, being a truth teller is not just about what you say but how you say it. Also, you don’t have to change who you are but we can always be better and should always look to improve not just say “that’s who I am and so be it” you know?
