TV COVERAGE started with men on 2nd and women on 5th hole. WHY aren't we seeing 18 holes of golf . The world was watching our great courses but broadcast was 2nd rate. Combined format is not working for players and the viewer's. Time for change , have Aussie Open in Melbourne and PGA in Brisbane and Sydney.
