@GolfFoxtrot22 I did read about it being an unlicensed airfield. I know there are different categories of unlicensed. Then there is the constant need for more housing land. A WW2 airfield is perfect for housing. RAF Church Fenton has saved the airfield and hangers, but the domestic site is all new housing.
@GolfFoxtrot2210 ай бұрын
I've been to Church Fenton a few times, it's like going back in time, the old notice boards are still there in the hangars, it feels like going to work, quite nice really.

Are the frequencies of 129.825 and 129.8333 used Solely for Microlights in the UK, if so, those frequencies are very close to each other.
@GolfFoxtrot223 жыл бұрын
Hello, I see you have asked this question on another video. The only microlight frequency I know of is the new 8.33Khz spacing and that is 129.830, it used to be 129.825 on the old 25Khz spacing which is no longer in used. I hope that helps.

See the way in the vid u were talking about a navigation system is that like a sat nav so If i type in a place to go does that put a line and I follow it and how far can u fly with a full fuel tank like how many miles
@GolfFoxtrot224 жыл бұрын
In very simple terms, yes it's a Satellite navigation system but much much more. The distance you can travel will solely be down to the wind on the day. I can fly for 2 hours.
