Phil you make this 67 yr old man so proud to be a native San Diegan who has followed and rooted for your success since your Junior Golf and High School days at Uni High! Thanks for the memories, you're #1 in my book. Blessings to you and your family, friends and fans the world over.

Being a lefty myself, I look at Phil as the ambassador of lefty golf. I've knocked Phil many times for some of the stupid shots he's tried to pull off, many causing him to lose the tournament vs playing safe and winning. He's smart and talented guy. He's a great story teller and a BS'er to boot. Can't help but love the guy.

Phil is a crazed dog! Always loved him. Great for the game. Great family man. Never realized how much of a thinker he was. Maybe one more major in him. Jack came kinda close at age 58 in ‘98 at the Master’s. Watson was 59 in 2009 at the British Open and lost in extra innings. Mickelson is going to doing to something like that but maybe win it.
