Was this mission in particular removed in the latest version? I'm at Prestige 2 on mission #10. I've never encountered this mission.

I’m able to use red diamonds to get an ultimate weapon, but it says it replaces either the alpha or bravo weapon slot. If I choose one, can I go back to the one that got replaced? Or is it lost and all of the upgrades along with it?

If you choose an ultimate weapon, what will happen is that when you start a mission a space will be unlocked that is just above the support units (Ult-wpns), in which you can choose when the ultimate weapon will replace common weapons, only when you select them and they still have reserve ammunition. When this ammo runs out, the weapon that the ultimate weapon replaces, it will go back to how it was before. The improvements are maintained and you don't lose anything. Only your red gems
