@@bling__brute6048 well that's one of the several doubts unsolved, even Kevin through the Codec tells Raiden "at some point she got cybernetic, don't know the reason though" or something like that. We can only assume something like Sundowner or Monsoon happened to her (Sundowner: was caught by a bomb that destroyed most of his body, forcing him to relay on cyborg parts. Or Monsoon: almost dead during a shooting, also forced to rely on technology to be alive) so a possible theory would be that in one of her many wars fought she was heavily damaged.. that or she simply wanted to change her body into a cybernetic one, which would explain why Kevin mentions "her chest though.. that's not, well.. cyborg-implanted" which would mean her chest area is her original one.

She also never gave any indication that she doubted her choices and beliefs either, even in death. She's supposed to be the antithesis to Raiden in that regard. He denies his nature as a warrior despite his skill and his upbringing.
