Thanks for the uploads, Chris. Did you have to work on not over rotating your left shoulder during the downswing, or is this more a function of your shorter height at the top of your backswing? You really have a similar "swing theory" to Scott Anderson from @DailyGrindBowling

Im pretty sure the left shoulder has a mind of its own because of my cupped style and i know how much muscle i am using in the swing itself. Be it i am also clocking 48 years old and been doing this for over 30 years same style. I am close to as healthy as i want to. Might need a little chiro adjustment to loosen up my body and free up my swing a little. I have been working at the gym to strengthen my core more which should help. thanks for the comment
