there is a lost love for these types of "utility" blades... everyone wants the survival knife of new.. when something like this combined with a small folding knife or multitool will do 90% of what most people need. awesome for sharing! all the best.

thanks! yes these blades were an essential part of a jungle warfare personal kit. golok, pocket knife, and bayonet was initially all they had. the folding saws showed up later. thanks for watching

Thanks Brother, yes feel very privileged to have this one. I don’t know its history - might have even deployed to Malaya or Vietnam? (Mind you looking at the good condition of the sheath maybe not). Thanks for commenting 🇺🇸 🇳🇿

Hey mate enjoying the content. Martindale are still making the no2 golok. Condor make a nice copy of that too. Your one looks Aussie made to me... Lithgow. Just my opinion though. Cheers 👍

Hey mate, thanks for watching and commenting. Good to know. And ok - that makes sense that this might be Aussie produced. I read somewhere that Victory made some knives for military contract but that was just a guess. Cheers 🇳🇿
