​@@philipmorris2223all due respect, romanzo criminale has a touch of romantism from the distant era to it with some good metaphors, while Sopranos has a lot of comedy (obvious, subtle, dark), mystic elements, constant nostalgia, then realism of "the life" and civil life in modern setting. While Gomorra is pure ultra serious realism, no comedy or any other ingredient to dilute it or divert attention from. My point being, they're different at their core, and that's why they're all worth watching.

Nah man, too much of something is never a good thing. It would just water it down and the original series would lose impact, e.g. the walking dead. If walking dead ended on fourth or fifth season it would of achieved greatness but now it’s a running joke.

@@ဗီူx I respectfully disagree. I liked Gennys foiled efforts to legitimise his business in season 4 and his final downfall in season 5. Legitimising illicit business is almost cliché after Michael Corleone in Godfather 3 and Stringer Bell in the Wire but season 4 had enough twists and turns and surprises to keep me engaged, especially the way Genny helped Patrizia to get away.

I like all 3. If we are talking 2010s,even though it's played out,Breaking bad. One show you might like is called Utopia,but they canceled before last season. Creepy predictions about a global pandemic in 2014. Boardwalk Empire was amazing for 2-3 seasons. Game of Thrones,The Americans,The Leftovers,Better call Saul. Netflix had this series several years ago but only the first two seasons and lost the rights due to some issues with the Weinstein company. I just discovered it again within the past week and have watched seasons 3 and 4 and am in the middle of the final season. It is the best show I’ve ever seen. I’m getting anxious wondering how it’s going to all end between Ciro and Gennaro. This ending score always gave me goosebumps.

@@peterpenny4673 I was satisfied with the end; really satisfied. We learned in this show early on not to get too attached to any character. I figured it was going to have to end with both of them dying and I like that it kept true to the show where you can get clipped by anyone. We never saw the face of who killed Ciro or Gennaro. They were just other men in the life who will probably meet their end in the same way. In the end, Ciro and Genny, through all of their history and trauma, knew who the other was, and had a true brotherly type love for each other. It was perfect and I was taken aback by how emotional I became in those last moments of them on the ground next to each other.
