I made it in different proportions and baked it differently.
Grilling is the most important thing in taste!
If it's not baked enough, it's dry and bland.
If baked properly, it's savory and crispy, so it's delicious.
And the texture was rough when I only used Sugar Powder.
I mixed sugar and it was crispy and clean.
*Prepar butter and eggs at room temperature!

* Sugar = 2 spoons (20 g)

+ Vanilla extract = 1 teaspoon (1 g)
* No salt butter = 100 g
* Eggs - 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature
* Butter - 30 minutes at room temperature
(or 15-second microwave)

1. Don't let the butter and eggs get cold.
2. To prevent separation, you need to divide the egg into butter 2~3 times.
3. If you mix a lot of dough, the texture becomes firm.
4. Bake cookies until golden brown in front and back.
