I have been depressed for about 3 years now and I'm just 13 years old. I have always been told by my family that I will never be able to do anything in life, I'm not worth it and way worse. My dream is to become a K-Pop Idol. I hate to say this but my mother is the cause of my deppression, anxiety and insecurities but i found hope in Blackpink and BTS songs, everytime i listen to them i forget everything and i fell happy deep inside and this really helped me.
