Perfect timing, and super helpful. Thx! In a few weeks I’m gonna try to serve tea to 20+ art students. With a large group I always have trouble figuring out if I should walk over to pour each round or invite them to pass cups forward.

I was in the situation you are going to be in just yesterday. I walked around the room serving those who would like some after I steeped enough tea, but I feel like having some assistants serve the tea to the students for you may help with the supply of steepings.
