Istg y'all need to focus on KZbin SPOTIFY and APPLE MUSIC instead of splitted to 5 useless fraud platforms like melon, genie, flo, bugs, and vibe (if that thing still exist). Everything can be manipulated by streaming pass. So many kpop stan in my country buys a streaming pass to help their favs on kchart. It means the data in that kplatforms allowed this practice and don't really project the real demand in korea. Some of kpop group earned their number in melon through china bots (streaming pass) they bulk buy it.

​@@bereasonable8018Spotify? Do you mean Spotify keeps trying to force you to listen to songs...? If so, just keep skipping or removing those songs and it will adjust. I have very specific playlists on Spotify and once the playlist is done, it would play other random songs in that genre. But I started checking the queu and removing the songs I didn't want to hear and after awhile it stopped playing them. Just keep at it and the platform will "get it".

I fully believe that we will discover Kakao is supporting MHJ. They have shown that they are willing to take any shortcut to further their aims. If MHJ joins them and successfully brings NJs with her, they get a moderately famous girl group without having to go through the time and expense to train one. The expense angle might bite them in the butt though. 😊I think they didn’t suspect that it would cost them this much in legal fees.

Example, MHJ keeps telling lies as she was the underdog, like complaining about Source Music in her 1st media drama when she is the one who actually owes them time and money. Did she or Bang PD(since he allowed MHJ and financed Ador) repay Source Music when NJ was taken with her to Ador? These important questions were never the focus. And for sure Kakao is paying the media to not bring that up.

...... Those 'concerned' international kpop fans were screaming about hybe monopoly. It is just a big company. Kakao is the actual monopoly! Just because all the sublabels aren't concentrated in one place, it becomes less visible, and less of a target. After that IPO, they will be the biggest fish in entertainment/music sector, in Korean market. Looks like it is the reason why hybe is trying to go fully international. Domestic atmosphere is quite hostile and limiting.

With Kakao being as big as it is, Hybe has no other choice but to go international in order to be able to compete and grow. Kakao already has a death grip on KMedia and Hybe understands it will never get fair and reasonable treatment from them. However Hybe can fair well if it forges strong international relationships before Kakao does.

More pieces of the puzzle. Kakao is definitely one of the 5 eagles. My view is that they are the head of the snake in MHJ’s aims. They seem to be a company that doesn’t play by the rules and have a beef with Hybe. And now we see that the Saudi and Singapore funds are kakao’s partner and MHJ visited these funds, like I said all roads lead to kakao.

I know that GD feels that Big bang are greatest Korean band ever existing, and for Koreans, this might be even true, however it is BTS that is biggest korean band globally, and BigBang or GD can't do anything about this fact. I understand that GD may know MHJ from before, however, every "like" to a criminal turns me off. I can't go over this so I already unfollowed him. My suspicions were raised about them long before their cough cough Merge more like KAKAO Take Over of SM I'd already done some investigates into KAKAO and had already come to the conclusion they were Rouge Traders so watching the whole HYBE/SM episode it was not a suprise to me. KAKAO has been doing hostile takeovers in the gaming industry as well. Fromsoft which is a beloved company by fans because of their dark souls series are going under Sony because their parent company KADOKAWA (one of the biggest company in terms of japanese anime and manga industry) was under hostile takeover from KAKAO so they have to take Sony's hand to avoid that.
