చల్లని నీళ్లలోనే రెండు సార్లు కడిగి,ఇసుక రాకుండా తీసుకుని,ముందు ఆయిల్ లో ఎండు రొయ్యలు వేసి, కొంచెం వేగాక ఉల్లిపాయ ముక్కలు వేసి వెయిస్తాము మేము.తర్వాత ఏ కూర అయితే ఆ కూర ప్రాసెస్ ఫాలో అవ్వడమే. ఇలా చేయడం వల్ల రొయ్యలు వేగడానికి 1 min చాలు.మిగతా ఉల్లి పాయలతో వేగుతాయి.ముందే ఉల్లి పాయలు వేస్తే రొయ్యలు అంత బాగా వేగవు .టైం ఎక్కువ పడుతుంది. నాకు చాలా ఇష్టం.కానీ మా వారు తినరు. మీరు చెప్పిన curry నేనే చేసుకుని ఒక్కదాన్నే హ్యాపీ గా తింటాను.
