Gongyo 10 min w 2 min bells

This is a practice I've been doing for some time now, which I'd like to share with you.
After Gongyo, as I chant, I find it very effective to focus on specific things for 2 minute intervals. It helps me catch myself when my mind has wandered to other other things. When I become lost in thought, the 2 minute bell brings me back to my focus.
Here is specifically how to do it:
1. Write down 4 or 5 things you want to chant for. (for me, it's compartmentalized as business success, music success, studio thriving, and self-care, and then 2 minutes to re-focus on any of them incase I've become distracted)
2. Do Gongyo, and chant for each of those elements for 2 minutes. If, when the bell rings, you notice you've been lost in thought, don't get down on yourself; just refocus on the subject for the next 2 minutes. (If I have time, I often restart the 10 minutes if I've been too distracted).
3. Do this every day. It will help improve your focus and you will find yourself manifesting these things in your life.

Chanting keeps our mind in the present mind and body . When our minds are beset with life conditions in the lower six roads, we are in a separation with our bodies. When this is prevalent our lives cannot receive benefit. Chanting creates within a continuum of Buddhahood and a continuous source of blessings from the universe. This being our consistent bearance of manifestations of abundance . Thank you. 🙏🪷♥️

First, as a mandated reporter, it's hard to explain how much it hurts when people pretend they can't find an interpreter in your language while stealing more than 36 million. Your brother that can't hear read. Write walk or think more than your average 18-month-old or 7-year-old almost standings despite his chronological age at 36 which you can't fit into any of the forms that everyone wants you to pay to fill out and interpret and take full care of everything on your dollars. And that's not the only client or job. I've been working all these years and my money is the reason my kids, my brother, my vehicle, my house and his equipment are missing because that was all promised to me during an attempted double homicide and rape and they act like they can't understand so they can racketeer my money into their accounts and then try to convince me it's my fault or I did it or I imagined it and I can't talk like the Holocaust and if I change tone or pitch it's my fault and it's ridiculous because they are the ones covered in guns trying to force you into jail, prison, a nursing home, an orphanage or homelessness while trying to rape and kill you and telling you it's your fault because whatever reason and then it was all on linguistics. So even the word they was a trigger word because of psychosomatic effects in psychological warfare through Stonewalling and gaslighting which are narcissistic abuse and neglect as well as exploitation of the conversation. It's like broken English. If American sign language and signed exact English were compared. There are shortened phrases for words so a word has multiple contacts. They tried to convince me it's narcissistic to tell them to take judicial notice of my December 28th, 2025 filing at the 12th judicial district Court in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The United States Patriot act the United Nations charter the NATO alliance and build G.O.D. with everything we've got and return what was stolen and redistribute for everyone.
