@@zacatkinson3926 The rumours that have been written online is Mike was having an affair with an underage girl while his wife was pregnant. John and Rob found out about it, I’m not sure what occurred but I’m assuming there was some sort of discussion between the 3 about it and John and Rob decided to fire him.
