Nice job but for some reason the Studio recording always felt like was recorded from an electric guitar and it is in standard tuning

You're absolutely right about the studio recording! But I've only seen him play this song on acoustic guitar live. And I'm pretty sure he plays this in alternate tuning but still sounds good in standard (I did this cover song in standard!- another video)
