According to me Samay shouldn't have resigned at 2:28. He should've played BF1, to keep the h3 rook protected. If queen now takes the h1 rook, white could play pawn to f3- trapping black's queen. White could've tried to get black's queen from there. Please correct me if I'm wrong in my reasoning.

Well after taking on H1 rook, he'd be a rook and couple pawns down. And most probably he'd have to sacrifice his queen or other rook to get that trapped queen. Losing position anyway🤷‍♂️
