I've found this very late but the one thing about this animatic that hit me the hardest is how real they sound. The difference in tones of voices, for example Sayori keeps her tone mostly the same because she wants to get her point across. Yuri changes in pitch or pauses often, which shows her anxiety, especially at the "Was it fun? Well I hope you had, a blast (this was a pause

I think Monikas reason for doing this is because Monika has always wants things to be perfect, and if something she does isn’t perfect she gets anxious and does whatever she can to change it so it’s perfect And when she met mc she wanted them, but she knew that all the other girls wanted them too, and in order to get her perfect story, she had to eliminate her friends I think monika truly did love her friends, but her life had never been the way she wanted, and in order to get her perfect life she had to give them up
