Almost 18 years ago, after I had identical twin stillborn sons (PSA- I am not looking for any reaction, just explaining something) and I had lost my mind for a few months- I don’t remember much of anything during that time, I had taught myself some ASL to some worship songs, and that’s what brought me out of severe depression. I kept getting hits as life went on and I gradually got out of it. I’ve been stuck for so long, it came to me to do this again. So, I started the day before yesterday and I learned Great are You Lord in one day. Then yesterday, I felt led to do this one. I was kind of scared when you said it may be hard for a beginner, but I also got it in one day. (It has been so long, I pretty much lost everything I had taught myself before.) I am not able to take ASL classes for a number of reasons. I got back on here to teach myself again, but came across your so very helpful videos. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for doing these. They’re easing me back into this and my time with the Lord. I appreciate you doing this more than you know and I hope you are able to continue doing more. Thank you so much!
