Like the owner said, with a pillion rider, the rear tire touches the fender during jerks, that is one of the quirks but if the suspension is set higher than the bike will not look good. These are low riding cruisers. If it has higher ground clearance than it's called scrambler

One thing you said wrong about belt drive is, that belt drive has better pickup. That's completely wrong. Chain has better instantaneous power delivery and power tolerance compared to belt.
